Finished in Amburana and Oloroso Sherry casks, Harvest Moon delivers rich layers of cinnamon, vanilla, and warm apple pie. The Amburana finish adds a spiced sweetness, while the Sherry casks impart notes of dried fruit and nutty warmth—making it the perfect pour for crisp, cozy fall nights.
