Swimcall Rocks
In a rocks glass (neat or over ice):
- Add 2 oz Old Line Swimcall Summer Blend
- Express fresh lemon peel over drink, rim the glass, and add as garnish
Swimcall Mule
In a highball glass or copper mug:
- Add 2 oz Old Line Swimcall Summer Blend
- Fill the glass or mug with crushed ice
and top with ginger beer (2 to 4 oz to taste) - Garnish with mint sprig or lime wedge
Swim-fashioned
In a mixing tin or glass:
- Add 2 oz Old Line Swimcall Summer Blend, ¼ oz simple syrup, and 3-4 dashes orange bitters
- Cover with ice and stir until well chilled
- Pour over fresh ice in a rocks glass
