Drinks In Greenbow

Drinks in Greenbow is a one-night-only Forrest Gump-inspired cocktail pop-up at Old Line Spirits. Join us for cocktails by Gunther & Co. and The Dive, shrimp and barbecue from Pit & Pendulum BBQ, live music by Wolfhound and Friends, and a few surprises along the way, all while coming together to support two charitable causes.

The evening will feature a full Forrest Gump-themed cocktail menu takeover, with drinks inspired by the film’s many eras and storylines. Bartenders will be dressed in themed costumes behind the bar, serving cocktails inspired by the world of Forrest Gump.

In the courtyard, Pit & Pendulum BBQ will serve a Forrest Gump-inspired menu featuring, of course, plenty of shrimp.

In the Warehouse, Wolfhound and a rotating lineup of local musicians will work their way through the decades represented in the film, performing songs from the Forrest Gump era along with a few original songs.

With Halloween around the corner, guests are encouraged to dress in Forrest Gump-inspired attire or come dressed as a favorite character, scene, or era from the film.

The event is free to attend, but we ask that you RSVP so we can plan staffing and create a smooth experience for everyone. Parking on-site is limited, so guests are encouraged to use a rideshare service.

All tips collected throughout the evening, along with a generous portion of proceeds, will benefit two charitable causes: No Kid Hungry and the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition.

No Kid Hungry — Gunther & Co. and The Dive are teaming up through Drinks in Greenbow to support No Kid Hungry and its mission to end childhood hunger in America. No Kid Hungry works with schools, community organizations, and policymakers to connect children with nutritious meals and give families the resources they need to put food on the table. Proceeds from this event will support that ongoing work and help ensure more children have access to the food they need to grow, learn, and thrive.

National Ovarian Cancer Coalition — Former Gunther & Co. team member Bari Pinkett is running the New York City Marathon to raise money for NOCC in honor of her mother, Jill Pinkett, who passed away from ovarian cancer. Money raised during this event will support national and local programs that raise awareness of ovarian cancer’s warning signs, provide resources and guidance to newly diagnosed patients, support caregivers through incredibly difficult journeys, and advocate for continued advancements in research. Every dollar brings us closer to earlier detection, better treatments, and ultimately, a cure.
