The 2026 release of Harvest Moon brings together two distinctive yet beautifully complementary finishes: Moscatel and Amburana. The result is a rich, layered American Single Malt with notes of cinnamon, dried apricot, golden raisin, gingerbread, and caramelized oak. Complex, inviting, and made for cooler evenings, Harvest Moon is autumn in a glass.

Bottle sales begin at 1 PM. The distillery bar will be open from 1 to 9 PM.
